• We ship both locally and worldwide.

Shipping times:

• Depending on your dress, shipping time varies, once we receive your order, you will receive an email from us with estimated ship date, that is 4-6 months (or earlier) . Please include your wear date in the notes to speed up the process. 
• Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days from the dress being ready to ship.
• International orders take 3-10 business days to be delivered via Carrier FedEx, Carrier UPS, or Carrier DHL and we ship within same 2 business days from the dress being ready to ship.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $200 will have free shipping.
• Orders under $199 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  
• We also accept offline payments via E-Transfer & direct bank deposit in Canada ONLY.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than CAD or US dollars.

As your gown is made especially for you to your gown size ranges and height, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault.  We ask that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to placing your order, and we do not take responsibility for any adjustments or alterations needed to be made on your gown (unless it is a genuine manufacturing fault). All items undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure fabrics and manufacturing are of the highest standard. We highly recommend you try your gown on as soon as you receive it. In the unlikely circumstance you have concerns regarding the fit of your gown, you must contact our Customer Experience Team 

• If an item found damaged or faulty upon a delivery - Please contact orders@chicbridals.com within 24-48hours of the order delivery. With the subject Damaged and your order number.
• Please provide pictures or videos of damages and provide description of damages along with your order number. 
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of order.

International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy.

Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods:

The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost.

All duties and taxes are customers responsibility.

If the order placed with 72 hours, you can contact customer service to request changes, however we cannot guarantee the approval of changes as the dress might be in production already.
