Emily & Frank’s Love story
Fast forward 8 years later, we went on our, somewhat, annual Niagara on the Lake trip. After a couple of glasses of wine (and me not wanting to take pictures in front of Two Sisters Winery) Frank got down on one knee!
Now, more than 10 years together, we tied the knot this past April and can't wait to continue to spend the rest of our lives together!
I heard about Chic Bridals through the Canadian Wedding Show. I met Noor and the team and instantly fell in love with her designs and overall passion for wedding dresses. After meeting her, I was super excited to come to the salon and hopefully find my wedding dress! I also loved the fact that Chic Bridals is a Canadian and Woman owned business with inclusivity and affordability as their main priority. This was super important to me and I am super happy I was able to support them by finding my wedding dress here.
My dress inspiration was that I wanted something timeless, unique and the ability to have a cape as a veil. With there being SO MANY boutiques in Toronto with a lot of the same designers I wanted to make sure I had a dress that was my style but also something that was different from other brides.
My appointment was actually my first and only wedding dress appointment! I didn't realize going in that this would be my only one, but when I know I want something and I have fallen in love with it... why should I go anywhere else!?
Overall my appointment was super fun and the team made it a safe space for me and my family to look around and watch me try on dresses.
As soon as I tried on my dress I knew it was for me! It felt like a wave of happiness fell over me and I loved how I looked in it. It brought me so much confidence and I felt truly like myself. I also cried...which also confirmed that it was the ONE!
Chic Bridals is one of a kind! They make unique, timeless pieces and create a safe space for you to try on dresses and feel confident!
